Outstanding Senior Sociology Major
Outstanding Senior Sociology Major:
Outstanding Senior Sociology Major is an award given each year to 1 or 2 senior sociology majors who have demonstrated high academic performance, good citizenship to the department, and overall good reputation/character. These students are nominated and voted on by faculty. This award is the highest academic honor the department conveys.
Students who receive this award are recognized at the Spring Honors Convocation and by the Department of Sociology at their end-of-year gathering.
